The The Emily Pepper x Me Too Family Court Class Action Effort is solely managed, led, and overseen by The Emily Pepper and its entities. Me Too Family Court is involved solely as a brand collaborator, with no direct involvement in data collection, management, or oversight of the effort. All data submitted in connection with the The Emily Pepper x Me Too Family Court Class Action Effort is exclusively collected, stored, and managed by The Emily Pepper in accordance with this Class Action Disclaimer, the Age Restriction Policy, and all terms and policies of The Emily Pepper. This Class Action Disclaimer complies with applicable Canadian and U.S. laws.

4. Confidentiality and Data Retention

4.1 Limited Use: Information will be used exclusively for evaluating claims and structuring legal arguments for the The Emily Pepper x Me Too Family Court Class Action Effort managed by The Emily Pepper.

5.2 No Fees Required: Submission of information does not require any financial commitment from you, nor does it obligate The Emily Pepper to cover costs or legal fees.

6. Compliance with Laws

6.1 United States: This policy complies with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Rule 23) governing class action lawsuits and applicable state laws, including California Civil Code §1784.

6.2 Canada: All processes comply with Canadian class action procedures as defined by provincial legislation, including the Class Proceedings Act (Ontario).
