Returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days of the delivery date as indicated by the shipping carrier.
1.2 Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Damaged, altered, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items or final clearance items.
Customized, personalized, or special-order products.
Gift cards and items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.
Reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or defective.
2.2 Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
2.3 Return Shipping:
Items must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of receiving the RA number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
