  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

  • Orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • 1.3 Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
  • 1.4 Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • 3. Delivery Issues

    3.1 Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • 3.2 Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at shop@theemilypepper.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • 3.3 Split Shipments:

  • For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately to expedite delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

  • 4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

    4.1 Changes to Orders: 

  • Requests for address changes or order cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
  • 4.2 Order Cancellation:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email shop@theemilypepper.com promptly. Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.
